An introduction can change your life.

Relying on clinical credentials and psychology training, Michelle Welsch carefully introduces strangers and business, converting first impressions into lasting relationships. Whether organizing private dinners or corporate conferences, she uses the magic of surprise and serendipity to create unique platforms for individuals to connect, learn more about themselves, and do better work.

Inspired to spark cross-industry conversations after observing she was using similar skills in corporate offices as in county jails, Michelle set out to uncover parallels in other industries and encourage her diverse network to do the same. Her introductions have resulted in new business and client partnerships, and she facilitates relationship development in places others overlook.

Michelle studied Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated magna cum laude before earning her masters degree in Social Work at Columbia University.
